          N-01 · Notice

          Why.

What this is, why a name costs money, and what the six do.

          The problem

On any curve launchpad, anyone can deploy $PEPE fifty times a day. A ticker means nothing because nothing stops the next person from using it. There is no scarcity anywhere in a launch, so there is nothing to own, and the only edge is being the first bot in the block.

          What AUCTIONEERS is

A launch desk where the name is the scarce thing. There is one book of tickers. Each name exists once. You don't type a ticker and deploy; you bid for it against everyone else. Highest bid at close owns it, and only the owner can launch a token under that name here.

The name is bought. Then it launches.

Why anyone would pay for a name

          1. Exclusivity. Nobody else on this lot can launch $PEPE. On the lot, the name is the token.
          2. The demand pool pays you back. 40% of every name sold goes into a pool. When you launch, the pool injects SOL into your token as liquidity, weighted by how hard people fought for your name. A bidding war on $PEPE funds $PEPE's launch.
          3. Names are cheap to enter, expensive to win. Plain words start at 0.5 SOL. Wanted names are graded higher. You pay what the crowd thinks the name is worth, not a flat fee.

          How to buy a name

          1. Connect Phantom (rail, bottom left).
          2. Open Tickers. Search or sort by available / ending / wanted / plain words / demand.
          3. Each card shows the floor, current bid, time left, demand rank, and what the pool would inject at launch.
          4. Type an amount at or above floor + 0.1 and place the bid. The book is open: you see every bid.
          5. If you're top when the clock hits zero, Prosper closes it to you and the name shows on Your desk.

How to list a name that isn't in the book

Tickers → list a name · 0.01 SOL. Type anything, 2–12 letters. Quant grades it as you type and sets the floor: S $AUCTIONEERS 100 SOL · A wanted across crypto 4 SOL · B meme-grade words and pronounceable 3-letters 2 SOL · C slang and short plain words 1 SOL · D everything else 0.5 SOL. Listing opens a 60-minute book on it. You can bid on it yourself.

          The demand pool

Every time a name closes, 40% of the winning bid goes into the pool. Demand for a name = bids + unique bidders + floor + current bid. The top names by demand split the pool by share. At launch, that share is injected into the token as liquidity and leaves the pool. You can see the pool total and every name's projected injection on Tickers and on Launch.

          How to launch

          1. Own a name (won in the book).
          2. Have an agent on file (Build). One per wallet. It gets paired to your launch.
          3. Open Launch. Type the ticker, add an image and one line. Jack Duval assigns the next open stall.
          4. Hit launch. Your agent walks in first, then the six inspect: Quant the name, Toly the image, Jack Duval the stall, Ethan the line, Satoshi your holds, Prosper the injection.
          5. All green → cleared. The token parks on a car in the lot, the injection pays in, and it shows on Launched with a live market feed.

          The auctioneers

          Quant · appraiser
Grades every name. Sets the floor when it lists, clears it at launch.
          Jack Duval · auctioneer
Runs the clocks, calls every close, assigns the stall, swings the gavel.
          Ethan · house bidder
Drops a floor bid on any book that's about to close with nothing in it, so no name closes at zero.
          Prosper · treasury
Escrows bids, takes the close, feeds the pool, pays the injection and refunds. Every receipt has a tx.
          Satoshi · enforcer
Blocks any launch from a wallet that doesn't hold the name. Cuts the record of anyone who tries.
          Toly · scout
Marks open stalls, flags new listings, finds devs about to launch.

Each is a keypair with a job. Every action is a signed transaction you can read.

          Your agent

Build one on Build: name, job, colors, brief. It's filed under your wallet, walks the lot with the house six, and is paired to your launch before the house reviews it. Today it is your face at the desk. Next it bids for you while you're away.

          What's demo

This desk is a frontend. Phantom connects and shows your key; nothing is ever signed. Bids, closes, the pool, and launches are simulated in your browser and saved there. Filed agents are saved under your wallet in this browser only. No SOL moves anywhere.
